Postcards From Venice: How We Wore the Sunday Social Collection

Venice has a way of making you dress differently. A little less planned, a little more thrown together, and somehow better because of it. For our latest Sundays in Rome shoot, we took the Sunday Social Collection out of the house and wore it exactly the way we imagined it: layered over swimwear, walking around Venice, hanging by the basketball courts and staying out until the sun started going down
The Idea Behind the Sunday Social Collection:
The Sunday Social Collection was never meant to be loungewear that stays at home. We wanted pieces that feel comfortable enough for a slow Sunday but still make sense when the day turns into coffee, the beach, errands, lunch or hanging out with friends.
The collection is built around relaxed sweat shorts, an oversized quarter zip and easy accessories that can be styled together or worn with pieces you already own.
How We Styled It in Venice:
For Venice, we kept everything simple. Bikini tops under sweatshirts. Sweat shorts with sneakers. The Sunday Social Dad Cap thrown on with everything.
That contrast is what we love most about the collection. Comfortable without looking like you gave up on getting dressed.
Sunday Social Shorts
The Sunday Social Shorts are the kind of piece you can start the morning in and never really need to change out of. We styled them over swimwear in Venice, but they work just as easily with a fitted tank, oversized tee or the matching quarter zip.
Sunday Social Quarter Zip
The quarter zip gives the collection that slightly oversized, borrowed-sweatshirt feeling we wanted from the beginning. Wear it zipped up, open over a bikini or layered when it gets cooler later in the day.
Sunday Social Dad Cap
Easy, minimal and made for the days when the outfit is supposed to look like you didn't think about it too much.
Somewhere Between Staying In and Going Out
That is really where Sunday Social lives. It isn't completely loungewear and it isn't something you need an occasion for either.
It's for the days that start without much of a plan.
Venice just happened to be the perfect place to wear it.
See you somewhere next Sunday.
